1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or engaging TechSlaag for services, you agree to these terms and conditions and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Services
TechSlaag provides digital services including mobile and web development, business digitalisation, custom software, cloud and AI solutions and NFC products. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any engagement are defined in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties.
3. Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due according to the milestones in the proposal. Support plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client owns the source code, designs and content created specifically for the project. TechSlaag retains the right to reuse general know-how, libraries and tools that are not specific to the client, and to reference the project in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide the information, content, access and approvals needed to deliver the project in a timely manner, and to ensure that any content supplied does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Warranties and liability
We deliver our work with professional care and correct defects reported within the warranty period defined in the proposal. To the extent permitted by law, TechSlaag's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data caused by third-party services.
7. Website use
The content of this website is provided for general information. We may change it at any time. You may not use the website for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with its operation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon for clients in Africa and by the laws of India for clients in Asia, unless otherwise agreed in the contract. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
